Elvira A.

Elvira A. is an experienced HR Advisor specializing in Learning and Development at WCC since November 2021. Concurrently, Elvira serves as a Soft Skills Trainer for the European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations (EFPSA) since April 2021, after previously holding positions as Secretary General and Marketing Officer within the same organization from April 2018 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an English Language Teacher at CELT Colleges from September 2016 to April 2017. Elvira holds a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Maastricht University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baku State University, earned in 2018.
