James Smallwood

James Smallwood is currently serving as the Global Head of Insight Client Success & Content at BlackRock since May 2019 and has been with eFront in various leadership roles since January 2013, including Head of Insight Group - EMEA and Head of eFront Investor Cloud. With extensive experience in portfolio management and data governance, James Smallwood has worked closely with major institutional investors, understanding the complexities of data collection and analysis. Prior to these roles, James Smallwood held positions at ADIA as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager, focusing on application maintenance and ITIL frameworks, as well as serving as an Implementation Manager at eFront. Early career roles include technical consultancy in healthcare systems and hospitality CRM implementation. James Smallwood holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Decision Information Systems from Bournemouth University.
