Nikola Maksimovic

Nikola Maksimovic is a seasoned professional in hydropower engineering with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Hydropower Civil Engineer at EFT Group since February 2011, Nikola oversees construction and supervision works while also fulfilling the role of Client Representative and assisting as a Project Manager for HPP ULOG. Prior experience includes working as a Dam & Hydropower engineer at Energoprojekt, where responsibilities encompassed dams, reservoirs, and hydroelectric power systems. Nikola began a career as an Assistance Engineer for Civil Works at Citadel Investment Group shortly after completing a Master’s degree in Hydraulic & Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Belgrade, achieving academic foundations in mathematics, computer science, physics, and chemistry.
