Juho Vuohelainen

Juho Vuohelainen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juho currently holds the position of Head of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Value at EG A/S since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President, Strategic Account Advisor at Mavenfirst from April 2022 to May 2023.

Between 2014 and 2022, Juho served in multiple roles at Pinja Group, starting as a Customer Solution Manager from June 2014 to July 2016. Juho then became the Director of Sales from August 2016 to February 2020, and later they were promoted to Director of Customer Acquisition and Experience from February 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for revenue-related strategy and operations, leading projects such as organizational restructuring, developing forecasting and account scoring models, and investing in team development. During their tenure, the company achieved a remarkable 229% revenue growth from 2020 to 2021.

Juho also gained experience in Valtra Inc., where they worked as a Business Analyst from January 2014 to May 2014 and as a Product Development Engineer from January 2013 to December 2013.

Juho Vuohelainen completed their B.A.Sc. in Industrial Mechanics and Automation Technology from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued their M.Sc. in Automation Technology and Industrial Economics from Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018.
