Raghu Anand currently serves as the Lead Technical Instructor at EG A/S, beginning in March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at AlmaBetter as Head of Learning - Research & Development and Principal Technical Instructor, where Raghu led a content team to achieve a 3.15x surge in productivity. At Apisero Inc., Raghu functioned as a Principal Technical Instructor, providing training across various technologies, and mentored multiple instructors. Raghu has also held positions at Edureka, Foxmula, Unique Technologies, IT Green, PLSQUARE Technologies, and Mphasis, accumulating extensive experience in training, mentoring, and software development. Raghu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore.
