Adam Bell

Adam Bell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Adam started their career at CAPS Solutions as a Junior Oracle DBA/System Administrator, responsible for database creation and maintenance. Adam then worked as an Internal Technical Consultant at CAPS Solutions, where they handled Oracle database maintenance, web application support, and defect tracking. After that, Adam joined IDOX plc as a Technical Consultant, specializing in the installation, configuration, and customization of idox software for customers. Adam also provided consultancy services, collaborated with customers for effective software implementation, and assisted in software enhancements. Adam then moved on to Exony as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, where they played a crucial role in designing and implementing Exony products for clients. Adam'sresponsibilities included leading teams, chairing customer meetings, gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring software, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering training courses. Most recently, Adam worked at eGain Corporation as a Senior Technical Consultant, responsible for mapping client requirements to eGain products and developing solutions based on best practices and deployment architecture.

Adam Bell has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Information Technology from the same university.
