Mark Doyle-Eagle has a strong background in project management and customer service. Mark worked as a Project Manager II at eGain Corporation from August 2014 to present. Prior to that, they were an ERP Project Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance from March 2013 to April 2014. From September 2012 to February 2013, Mark was self-employed, focusing on contact center and concierge project delivery.
