Vijayalakshmi Srinivasan

Vijayalakshmi Srinivasan has been working at eGain Corporation since 2010. Their most recent role is as a Software QA Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing quality testing for various products, such as Virtual Assistant, Notify, Microservices, and Messaging Hub. Vijayalakshmi played a key role in devising the test strategy for major version release 21.0 and defining automation objectives and resources. Prior to this, they served as an Automation Team Lead, where they defined automation objectives, created/reviewed test plans, scheduled resources, and mentored team members. In previous roles, they increased automation scope, streamlined build acceptance criteria, created automation scripts, maintained API tests, performed various testing activities, and developed and executed manual test cases.

Vijayalakshmi Srinivasan has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022, the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Level Certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2014, and the ISTQB Foundation Level Certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2013.
