James Thomson

James Thomson is a strategic advisor at eGateway Capital and a Heyday advisor and investor. James has also served as chief strategy officer at Buy Box Experts and as a board member and investor at Mamenta. Prior to their current roles, they co-founded PROSPER Show, an annual event for Amazon sellers, and was also a founding team member at Skubana, a software company that helps merchants automate their operations on multiple marketplaces.

James Thomson has a Ph.D. in Marketing Strategy from Northwestern University, an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Alberta.
