Rod Robinson

Rod Robinson is currently a Strategic Advisor at eGateway Capital. Previously, they were with Insight Sourcing Group, Coupa Software, and American Express Business. Rod has also served on the Board of Directors for Cintrifuse and Miami University.

Rod's role at Coupa Software was focused on helping to accelerate the growth of BSM-powered Supplier Inclusion & Sustainability capability across the Coupa platform. This would ultimately enable Coupa enterprise customers to achieve their Supplier Diversity, Sustainability & CSR goals.

At American Express Business, Rod teamed with American Express to provide insights enabling small and middle market companies (SMBs) to gain an understanding of the corporate procurement landscape and learn what it takes to find and win contracts with large corporations. Rod developed a corporate procurement insight guide, facilitated buyer/supplier panel discussions at Amex SMB conferences, and participated in various live webinars to benefit SMBs.

Rod Robinson has an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, a BS in accounting from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, and is a Black Venture Institute Fellow from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Rod also has a certification from UC Berkeley Executive Education in Black Venture Institute 2020 and from the Massachusetts Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.
