Frode T. Ugland

Frode T. Ugland is an experienced leader in the technology and communication sectors, currently serving as CEO of Techpoint since May 2022, focusing on transforming it into Norway's leading tech and business conference. Ugland has been with Egde since January 2017, contributing to its growth from 30 to over 100 employees and overseeing communication and branding. Prior to that, Ugland founded Engage Kommunikasjon AS, achieving regional and national recognition in digital communication after a successful career at Fædrelandsvennen as Development Manager and at Media Norge AS as Sales Manager. Ugland's earlier roles included leadership positions at Tess Sør AS, Kärcher AS, Dica Reklame AS, and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Norway.
