Rune Stephansen

Rune Stephansen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the kitchen and furniture industry. Currently serving as CEO of Ege Carpets since June 2021 and as a Board Member at Carl Hansen & Søn since November 2020, Rune has also held various leadership positions, including CEO of Nobia Denmark A/S and Nobia Svenska Kök AB, as well as Country Manager at Kvik AS. With a strong foundation in sales and management from roles at Sportex AB and IKEA, Rune has furthered professional development through advanced management and board leadership programs at IMD and CBS Executive Fonden. Educational qualifications include an International Marknadsekonom degree from Aarhus Business College and natural sciences studies from Århus Akademi.
