Henrik Skovdal

Henrik Skovdal currently serves as Chef for HR og Kommunikation at Egedal Kommune since March 2022, overseeing the HR and communication teams within an organization of approximately 3,700 employees. In addition to this role, Henrik operates Skovdal Consulting, providing leadership training and organizational development services since October 2017, focusing on coaching and supporting leaders to achieve both organizational and personal goals. Previously, Henrik was a Partner at Promentum A/S from January 2014 to October 2017 and worked as an Independent Consultant for leadership training and organizational development from February 2007 to January 2014. Henrik's experience also includes roles as an Associated Senior Consultant at BCS International (2008-2011), a Consultant at KLK (2006-2007), and a Consultant at KL (2001-2006), specializing in management and leadership within Danish local authorities. Henrik holds a Cand.mag degree in Political Science and Media and Communications from Aarhus University, completed in 1999, as well as a secondary education from Ikast Gymnasium.
