Niels Damgaard

Niels Damgaard is an experienced procurement consultant with a strong background in managing public procurement processes. Currently employed at Egedal Kommune since 2012, Niels oversees the successful completion of EU tenders across various fields. Previously, Niels worked at Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune where responsibilities included general procurement tasks and the preparation of large public EU-tenders. Early career experiences include roles as a sales and marketing assistant at NAI Global and Marcus & Millichap, and as an investment officer at Invest in Denmark, focusing on foreign direct investment promotion. Niels also has teaching experience in managerial economics at Copenhagen Business School and holds two master's degrees from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's degree from the same institution, complemented by additional education at New York University and Niels Brock Business College.
