Venkatesh Munugala

Venkatesh Munugala has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Venkatesh began their career as an Executive Office Assistant at EENADU PUBLICATION PVT. LTD., where they worked from February 2008 to April 2009. Venkatesh then moved on to Krish Radiant Solutions, where they served as a Sr. Recruiting Manager from August 2011 to September 2013. Here, they were responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and sourcing, screening profiles through various job sites and internal databases. Since October 2013, Venkatesh has been working at EGEN Solutions, Inc., starting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and eventually becoming the Lead Talent Acquisition. In this role, they perform full life-cycle technical candidate recruitment and utilizes multiple contemporary recruiting techniques.

Venkatesh Munugala pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at MLR Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011.
