Akash Rajib Dutta

Akash Rajib Dutta has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at Egencia since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and training the operations team for Core and Strategic accounts. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Alshamel Travel from March 2003 to July 2011 and as a Reservations Agent at Towers Rotana Hotel from December 1999 to January 2003. Akash completed a Bachelor's degree at South Point High School in Kolkata.
