Chea Shwu Teoh-Martelly

Chea Shwu Teoh-Martelly has extensive experience in account management and customer relations, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Account Management at Egencia since March 2012, where leadership of a team of seven account managers has led to significant growth, including the expansion into China with 160 new accounts worth 70 million USD. Prior roles at Egencia included restructuring a team handling over 180 corporate clients across Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as pioneering the Singapore office setup and migrating clients to an online platform. Previous experience includes positions at Expedia Inc., Far East Organization, and Singapore Airlines, where key achievements included improving customer service efficiency and managing substantial portfolios. Chea holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Real Estate from the University of Malaya.
