Eric W. has a diverse work experience in technical support roles. Eric started their career at Volt in 2007 as a Technical Support Engineer and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Egencia as a Technical Support Engineer and later became a Technical Support Lead in 2011. At Egencia, Eric focused on identifying and resolving product issues post-release. Since 2021, they have been working at SailPoint as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
