Lucio Iannone

Dr. Iannone is Director of Venture Investments of Leaps by Bayer, where he is responsible for developing investment cases and deal execution. As an investor, Lucio also serves as board member for Immunitas Therapeutics, Pyxis Oncology, Khloris Biosciences and Axxam. Before joining Bayer, Lucio had several senior roles in biotechnology companies and venture capital firms. He began his career at Imperial College London in the Department of Experimental Medicine where he received his Ph.D.
