Matt Knott

Matt Knott currently serves as the COMPASS Director at Hudson Public Schools, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Matt was a 6th Grade ELA teacher at Acton Boxborough Regional School District from August 2022 to August 2023. Matt's educational career includes roles as a 2nd and 4th Grade Educator at Lake Washington School District and as an English, Business, Integrated Social Sciences, and Technical Theater Educator at Eastside Catholic School. Matt has substantial experience in theater arts, having directed various productions and served as Drama Educator and ASB Advisor at Eastside Catholic School. Matt's early career also includes management roles in the restaurant industry at RAM Restaurant Group and House of Blues, along with experience as an educator within the San Diego Unified School District and as a Child Care Worker at New Alternatives, Inc. Matt holds a Master of Education in Cross-cultural Education from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of San Diego.
