Laura A. Niewiadomski

Laura A. Niewiadomski currently serves as the Head of Medical Affairs, North America at Egetis Therapeutics AB since May 2024. Prior to this role, Niewiadomski was the Senior National Director of Medical Science Liaisons at Krystal Biotech, Inc. from May 2022 to April 2024. Niewiadomski's extensive experience at Sanofi Genzyme from August 2006 to May 2022 includes positions such as Global Medical Director for Pompe Disease and Director of Medical Science Liaisons for Rare Diseases. Earlier in the career, Niewiadomski worked as a Contingent Genetic Counselor at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and as a Genetic Counselor at both Children's Memorial Hospital and the University of Virginia Health System. Niewiadomski holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling from Sarah Lawrence College.
