Kristy Hayden

Kristy Hayden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kristy most recently served as the Senior Director Of Operations at Egg Strategy, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Of Operations at the same company from December 2017 to December 2021. Kristy also worked as a Senior Manager of Operations at Egg Strategy from April 2015 to December 2017.

Before joining Egg Strategy, Kristy worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at TrendSource, Inc. from March 2012 to April 2015.

Kristy'searliest work experience includes roles at Integrated Marketing Systems (IMS). Kristy served as a Research Staff Supervisor and Editor from March 2008 to March 2012, and as a Regional Manager from May 2007 to March 2008.

Kristy Hayden earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Joliet Junior College from 1998 to 2001. Kristy then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Survey Design & Data Analysis from Fred Van Bennekom in March 2014 and in Grant Writing from Harold Washington College.
