Agustin Olivera

Agustin Olivera is a Conversational UX Designer at EGGS, part of Sopra Steria, since November 2023. Previously, Agustin served as the Conversation UX Design Leader at BeBot, where responsibilities included establishing and leading the Conversational Design department, designing next-generation conversational solutions, and managing agile project processes. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Writer at Mercado Libre and Almundo, focusing on digital product development and strategic content creation. Agustin's career also includes positions in marketing and customer service, showcasing expertise in online marketing, email campaigns, and communication strategies. Agustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and has pursued additional language studies at Dorset College Dublin.
