Mons Alexander Langaard

Mons Alexander Langaard is an experienced Lead Business Designer at EGGS, a part of Sopra Steria, since October 2023, focusing on developing innovative concepts that integrate strategy, business, and user-centered design. As a co-founder of Flaskefond, Langaard supports early-phase tech startups aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Previous roles include Lead Business Designer and Senior Business Designer at EGGS Design, Startup Mentor at OsloMet, Strategic Advisor at Knowit, and Business Development at Blueye Robotics. Langaard's educational background includes a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and in Project Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by experience mentoring students and co-founding startups.
