Georgina Reddin

Georgina Reddin is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Rowenna Walker, the Managing Director of Australia at Egis since November 2025. Prior to this role, Georgina worked at Aurecon from October 2022 to November 2025, assisting both the Chief Engineering, Eminence & Innovation Officer and the Regional Managing Director for NSW/ACT. Georgina's extensive background includes a 14-year tenure at Arup, where responsibilities ranged from being a Business Partner to various leaders in the Property and Infrastructure sectors to personal assistant roles supporting the Head of HR and other senior executives. Earlier experience includes management roles at Cricket NSW, Athletics NSW, and Delpac Ltd, along with a coordinator position at Sydney University Sports Union. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Sydney and has a foundational education from North Sydney Girls' High School.
