Alix Tallon

Alix Tallon has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, currently serving as an Expert in Executive Search at Egon Zehnder since March 2024. Previously, Alix held significant roles at InterSearch and Grant Alexander Groupe, including positions such as InterSearch France and Sourcing Expert/Senior Researcher, contributing to a global network focusing on connecting organizations with top-tier talent. Alix also worked as a Recruitment Research Consultant at Linman & Associés, specializing in the fashion and luxury industry, and began a career as a Researcher at MacAnders Nemrod. Alix holds a Master 2/MBA in International Management and a Master 1 in Marketing and European Management, with a specialization in International Business from IDRAC Business School, complemented by education at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
