Clemens Fahrbach

Clemens Fahrbach is a seasoned leadership advisory expert currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership Advisory Experts at Egon Zehnder since July 2018, and also holds the title of Senior Expert in Leadership Advisory. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Clemens was a Fellow Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company from November 2013 to June 2018, and previously worked as a Business Consultant at mantro.net GmbH between January 2012 and March 2013. Clemens completed a Diplom in Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2005 to 2011 and furthered education at Stiftung Bayerische EliteAkademie from 2009 to 2010.
