Heloise Nel

Heloise Nel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and metals sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner for Sub-Saharan Africa and Global Mining and Metals Practice Leader at Egon Zehnder since August 2014, Heloise leads a global team focused on executive and non-executive recruitment, as well as the assessment and development of executives across 41 countries. Heloise's previous roles include Director at the South African National Energy Association and various positions at Accenture, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager to Consultant. Earlier in Heloise's career, Heloise held roles as Project Metallurgist and Process Metallurgist at De Beers Marine. Academically, Heloise holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, an Honours degree in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University, and a B Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
