Hicham Sharara

Hicham Sharara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Partner and Global Leader of the Egon Zehnder Services Practice since November 2011, Hicham focuses on globalization and convergence. Previously, Hicham held the role of Director of Asset & Hospitality Management at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 2006 to November 2011, with prior experience in strategic development and asset management. Hicham began a career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Financial Auditor and provided advisory services to a family business. Hicham’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from London Business School, an MSc in Audit and Finance from HEC Paris, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie.
