Ishita Bhave

Ishita Bhave currently serves as an Expert in Leadership Advisory Services at Egon Zehnder, focusing on optimizing team effectiveness and leadership development for global client teams. Previously, Ishita taught English at several kindergartens in Hungary and lectured on intercultural training at Budapest Business School. Earlier experiences include content development for educational modules at My Edappt, research and project internships with Reliance Foundation and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, and participation in the Community College Initiative Program in the U.S. Ishita holds a Master's degree in Social Integration from Eötvös Loránd University and a Master's in Rural Development and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with a Bachelor's in Mass Media from St. Xavier's College.
