Jyotsna Taparia

Jyotsna Taparia is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and social development. Currently serving as a Global Practice Specialist at Egon Zehnder since October 2020, Jyotsna focuses on the public and social sector. Prior experience includes managing innovations and strategic business development for Essilor Group's Base of Pyramid initiatives, enhancing access to vision care in emerging markets. Earlier roles at Upaya Social Ventures involved identifying and supporting high-potential social enterprises aimed at improving livelihoods, and at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, Jyotsna managed projects within the Centre for Child Health and Nutrition. Jyotsna holds an M.A. in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
