Rachel Williams is a seasoned consultant and leadership advisor with a background in finance and operations. Notable experiences include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Avantax Wealth Management℠, and holding various leadership roles at Texas Instruments, such as Senior Director of Finance and Operations and Pricing Analytics Program Manager. Rachel began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co., focusing on the technology, media, and telecom sectors. Educationally, Rachel earned an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
