Tom Hallissey

Tom Hallissey currently serves as Vice President of IT Product Development at Egon Zehnder, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this, Tom accumulated extensive experience at Boston Consulting Group from 1994 to January 2020, progressing through various roles including Global IT Director across multiple domains such as Agile Engineering, IT Strategy, and Program Management. Tom played a pivotal role in establishing BCG's Centers of Excellence for Business Intelligence and Mobile Application Development, transforming BCG into an IT as a Service organization, and managing global teams in application development. Early career experiences include roles as a Newspaper Reporter for Daily Southtown and a Writer for medicon. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
