Zachary Pomerantz

Zachary Pomerantz is a seasoned professional in the real estate and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Head of US Hospitality and Leisure at Egon Zehnder since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles in business development and consulting at Quality Building Services, and asset management and acquisition consulting at KPG Funds. Zachary held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management at AR Global Investments, overseeing asset management functions across multiple REITs. Earlier roles encompass regional and asset management positions at ProMed Properties, Olshan Properties, Swig Equities, and Tishman Speyer, alongside internship experiences at Tishman Speyer and Myriad Restaurant Group. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a focus on Real Estate from Cornell University’s Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
