Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, providing support for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, Micha held positions such as Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to decentralized infrastructure and self-sovereign finance solutions. Additional experience includes roles in technical advisory capacities at Share&Charge, IIB Council, PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed courses in fintech and project management.
