Sylwia Belka

Sylwia Belka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as HR Manager at eg+ worldwide since July 2018, previously holding the role of HR Specialist. Prior to this, Sylwia worked at Spring Professional from July 2016 to June 2018 as a Consultant specializing in Finance, HR, and SSC/BPO, focusing on client acquisition and high-level recruitment projects. Sylwia's earlier career at Adecco Poland spanned from October 2014 to July 2016 in various roles related to accountancy and finance recruitment, including Permanent Placement Consultant and Junior Consultant. Sylwia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej w Warszawie and completed postgraduate studies in Recruitment and Selection at Kozminski University.
