Chris Ward

Chris Ward is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within the SaaS and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Egress Software Technologies since September 2019, Chris has significantly contributed to the company's growth, increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR) from £16 million to over £45 million while transitioning the business to a cash-generative model. Previously held roles include Head of FP&A and various analytical positions at Access Group, Aimia Inc, StatPro, Carphone Warehouse, Elsevier, and Financial Times. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies and Accountancy from The University of Edinburgh and is a qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant.
