Malcolm Locke

Malcolm Locke is the current CFO at Egress. Malcolm has previously served as CFO and COO at Thunderhead.com, a leading provider of enterprise software for customer experience management. During their time at Thunderhead.com, Malcolm oversaw an extended period of exceptional revenue growth, profitability, and international expansion. Malcolm was also responsible for all aspects of cross-functional executive leadership, including finance, HR, sales operations, and IT.

Thunderhead.com now has over 300 staff globally and revenue of over £40m/$60m. It has sustained a revenue CAGR of 32% over the past 3 years. Before working at Thunderhead.com, Malcolm served as an FP&A consultant at Fidelity International, Sony Mobile Communications, and GE Healthcare.

Malcolm Locke has a MBA from Ashridge Executive Education and a MSc in Geology/Petroleum Exploration from Imperial College London. Malcolm also has a BSc in Geology from Swansea University. Malcolm is a ACMA and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
