Samar Hemdan is a seasoned Nutritional Behavior Specialist at Healing House, with a focus on modifying nutritional behaviors to assist both healthy and chronically ill individuals through cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindful eating techniques. Samar founded and operates a virtual consultancy, #نفسيتك_من_اكلتك, which provides psychological nutritional counseling and programs aimed at combating eating disorders and promoting healthy lifestyles. Additionally, Samar serves as Marketing Director and Co-Founder of Ferksh Media, overseeing marketing initiatives and creative projects.
