Katherine Henschen - Hauff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, sales strategy, and community service. Currently serving as Dean of the RISE Leadership Academy and Lt Governor for Leadership Development and Innovation at Rotary District 5450, Katherine focuses on enhancing leadership engagement in a post-COVID context. As a long-time member of the Rotary Club of Centennial, Katherine has held numerous leadership positions, including Membership Chair and committee roles, and has received multiple awards for dedication to service. With a background in client services and sales management across various healthcare organizations, Katherine has consistently achieved growth and retention goals while cultivating strong relationships with clients.
