Rachael A. Kreckmann MA has held a variety of positions since 2007. In 2007, they were a Substitute Teacher at Readfield Elementary School, where they carried out the duties of a normal teacher, answered phones, copied/faxed documents, interacted with parents, students, and teachers, and assisted the head cook with food preparation/clean-up. In 2009, they were a Human Resource Assistant/Event Manager at Feastivities Events, where they were responsible for hiring qualified wait staff/bartenders, overseeing and scheduling staff for events, aiding in payroll submissions, and performing daily office duties. Rachael A. also planned with clients, created menu proposals, private tasting's, and open houses, along with data entry. Rachael A. was also an Event Planning Intern at Feastivities Events. In 2011, they were an Administrative Assistant III at the Office of Health Education and Promotion at the University of New Hampshire, where they worked collectively with counselors and director to provide a well established environment for students and faculty/staff to receive education/counseling. Rachael A. was also responsible for office maintenance including but not limited to scheduling, education outreach assistance and planning, data collection and analysis, overseeing and supervising work study students within the office, and policy maintenance. In 2012, they were a Co Chair at the Commission on the Status of People of Color. In 2018, they were an Event Manager and Project Manager at Feastivities Events, where they were responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of employment training curriculum, and served as the office IT and Telecommunications point person, working with third party contractors. Rachael A. was also responsible for special projects including research, database creation, and management. Since 2019, they have been an Account Manager II at eHana, where they assist Behavioral Health and Human Service Non-Profit Organizations with the utilization of their EHR platform, and fosters and strengthens agency partnerships through continued support and proactive approaches. Rachael A. also understands agency-wide initiatives to better assist them in achieving their overall mission and goals, both within the EHR system and externally.

Rachael A. Kreckmann MA obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2010, majoring in English with a concentration in Women's Studies, Africana Studies & Art. Rachael A. then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Community Development Policy and Practice from the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy in 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Food Handler certification from ANSI.
