Valentina R.

Valentina R. has over 25 years of work experience. Valentina began their career in 1996 as an Information Analyst at EDS, where they initiated, created, and maintained process documentation for production support activities. Valentina also performed application data updates using Oracle SQL Plus and Toad and provided 24x7 pager support for web front-end and database back end activities. In 2006, Valentina moved to MIC Logistics, Inc. as a Senior Support Specialist, where they served as support contact for GM for the CCS module, managed and distributed support documentation, and acted as liaison for getting UNIX shell scripts schedule changes submitted to the client. In 2007, they joined Acxiom Corporation as a Decision Support Analyst. In 2014, Valentina worked at Toyota Technical Center as an Engineering Data Management CAD Data Support and at Omnex Inc. as a Software Technical Support. Valentina then moved to NSF International in 2015 as an Application Support Analyst. In 2017, Valentina started working at FIS as a Service Delivery Analyst II and in 2018, they joined Phoenix Data Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst. Currently, Valentina is employed at eHana as an Application Support Analyst I.

Valentina R. attended Detroit College of Business from 1991 to 1992, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Valentina then attended Oakland University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
