Michelle Cousins

Michelle Cousins is a seasoned professional in health informatics with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Health Informatics Management from Conestoga College. With extensive experience at the eHealth Centre of Excellence since January 2017, Michelle has held various roles including Program Manager for Evidence2Practice Ontario, Manager of Product Development & Innovation, and Project Manager. Previously, at TransForm Shared Service Organization, Michelle contributed as Change Management Lead and Site Coordinator from August 2013 to January 2017. Additionally, at South West Local Health Integration Network from September 2012 to August 2013, Michelle was instrumental in providing change management support during the transition to electronic medical report processing, addressing challenges in overall change management processes.
