Harry Yip

Harry Yip is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems and application support within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Business Systems Lead at eHealth Ontario since January 2015, Harry previously held the role of Business Lead at the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres, overseeing the implementation of interRAI assessment software. Harry's career at eHealth Ontario also included managing a team of Application Support Analysts and creating functional requirements for software releases, following earlier roles as an Application Support Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead at Continuing Care eHealth. Harry began a career in operations at CIBC, where responsibilities included providing 24/7 support for various online banking platforms and managing user acceptance testing. Harry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
