William Birech

William Birech serves as the Technical Services Lead at eHealth Ontario since November 2011, where responsibilities include ensuring that infrastructure services teams are prepared to operate and maintain new IT services and support projects. Prior to this role, William held the position of Senior Release Analyst at eHealth Ontario, coordinating infrastructure deployments and identifying potential issues and risks. William's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technology Analyst at Morneau Shepell from May 2005 to November 2011. William holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Bowie State University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Southeastern University.
