Graig Wheelock has diverse work experience in the IT industry. Graig currently works at Iconic IT, starting in 2020. Previously, they worked at eHealth Technologies as a Technical Support Team Lead, where they managed project and staff activities, addressed customer escalations, and resolved higher-level issues. Before that, they were a Technical Support Specialist II at eHealth Technologies, providing technical support and solving user hardware and software problems. Prior to that, they worked at Unisys as a Technical Support Rep 2, from 2012 to 2014. Graig also had a role as an IT Analyst at Hurricane Technologies from 2011 to 2012.
Graig Wheelock attended Monroe Community College, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2007 to 2008. Graig has also obtained certifications in Learning DNS from LinkedIn in 2023, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in December 2018, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
