Henry Truong

Henry Truong is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering, site reliability engineering, and quality assurance across multiple industries. Currently serving as an AI Machine Learning Engine and Platform SRE at TikTok since January 2023, Truong has previously held significant roles at eHealth as SRE Observability Automation Lead and Comcast as an Integration & DevOps Consultant. Additional experience includes positions at Autodesk and Icontrol Networks, focusing on cloud services and automation. With expertise in AWS, automation frameworks, and system architecture, Truong has demonstrated proficiency in coding with languages such as Python, Java, and bash, while managing complex QA and DevOps processes. An alumnus of San José State University with a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Truong possesses extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and observability automation.
