Lena Marie Razo

Lena Marie Razo has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Starting in 2013, they worked as the Managing Director for Dynasty Real Estate for four years. Lena Marie then joined RE/MAX Top Producers as an Operations Manager, where they handled various tasks including accounting and office operations. In 2018, they became the Compliance Supervisor for California at Purplebricks Group PLC, managing multiple departments and implementing standard operating procedures. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Transaction Coordinator independently. Most recently, they joined Reali in 2020 as a Senior Manager, overseeing the Transaction Coordination Department and the Commission Desk Specialist. In 2022, they advanced their career further and became the Chief Compliance Officer at eHomes.

Lena Marie Razo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from UC Irvine from 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Management at the University of Redlands from 2013 to 2015.
