Job Description

Our HubSpot Administrator acts as the glue that brings marketing, sales and service offerings together on the HubSpot platform. The primary function of this role is to manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and organization.  By using automation and conversion tools as well as reporting and analytics, our HubSpot Administrator implements and iterates on business processes focused on attracting ICPs (ideal client profiles), engaging with our prospects, and converting satisfied clients into promoters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized CRM system that supports multiple sales pipelines, customer health scores, 3rd party integrations, demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, as well as analytics and reporting functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot implementation and set-up

  • Manage integration with platforms and apps like Google, Asana, Parallax, and several more.

  • Conduct regular HubSpot sales and marketing audits with recommendations

  • Create and iterate on customization of views, properties, and workflows

  • Customize and make recommendations off of advanced reports and dashboard views

  • Develop and maintain multiple sales pipelines tailored to different business segments and products/services.

  • Implement customer health scoring system to identify and prioritize high-value accounts.

  • Manage all  HubSpot properties

  • Act as the translator between departments ensuring clear objectives and outcomes

  • Keep the HubSpot data clean and model best practices

  • Promote and train HubSpot adoption and usage across teams

  • Monitor, review, analyze and report on all marketing automation initiatives

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Proactively research best practices, trends and new technology to increase the effectiveness of digital marketing

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years as a Certified HubSpot Administrator

  • Thorough understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources

  • Highly proficient in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

  • Ability to translate complex, technical information into easy to understand insights for clients

  • Effective in managing and prioritizing your time with competing priorities and deadlines
