Serena Myers-Davis has over a decade of experience in the Allscripts/Altera platforms and multiple third-party integrations. In 2013, they began working as an Allscripts Application Specialist/Informatics and Regulatory Coordinator at EngageMED Inc. In 2019, they began working as an Independent Consultant at SDavis Consult and an EMR Consultant - Allscripts Application Analyst at EHR Concepts. In 2021, they began working as an Allscripts Analyst/Trainer at medSR. Throughout these roles, they have provided Senior-level Analyst guidance from application build through go-live/clinical support, end-user training, upgrades, system testing, clinical governance, v11 Note Build, clinical documentation, workflow optimization and other support as needed.
